We are opening Zarx to a small group of early-access partners. Tell us what you run inference on today and we will get back to you personally.
- Who it is for
- Teams in banks, telcos, public administrations, media and other regulated sectors in Europe who run, or want to run, language models in production and need prompts and outputs to stay under EU law.
- What you get
- A 60-day free pilot with a usage cap agreed with you: keys on shared capacity, the Z levels, a data path you can describe to your DPO in one sentence, and the engineers who run the platform on the other end of the thread.
- What we ask
- A real workload we can learn from, honest feedback, and patience with an early product. Terms are set in a written early-access agreement, with a data processing agreement (DPA) available on request; there is no public pricing during early access.
What happens next
- We review your workload and discuss the data that has to stay in the EU.
- If there is a fit, we sign the early-access agreement (and the DPA if you need one), then provide an endpoint and keys on shared capacity.
- You run the 60-day pilot on a real workload and share feedback with the engineers who operate the platform. What follows is agreed before the pilot ends.
No content retention by default is the product policy, and prompts and outputs are never used to train models. Until that capability is live, content handling follows the dated annex of the agreement.
